How do I join Signature Rewards?
It’s easy – and free! If you received a Signature Rewards card when dining in one of our restaurants, simply activate it now and start enjoying all the benefits. If you don’t already have a card, you can join online and a plastic card will be mailed to you.
What are the benefits of being a Signature Rewards member?
Members enjoy many benefits, including free membership; earning 1 point for every $1 spent on food, beverage and merchandise at any participating restaurant; earning DOUBLE points the first time a member uses his/her card; receiving a $20 Reward once 200 points have been earned; member-exclusive offers and access to events; receiving $250+ in Welcome Gifts from Coastal Virginia experiences, and a special birthday gift, just to name a few!
Where can I use my Signature Rewards membership card?
How do I earn my points at the restaurant?
Be sure to give your membership card to your server when you pay your bill at any participating restaurant to ensure you receive your points. You will earn 1 point per $1 on your food, beverage and merchandise purchases only. Tax, gratuity and gift cards are not eligible for point earnings.
How can I use my $20 Reward in the restaurant?
Simply provide your membership card to your server when you pay your bill at a participating restaurant and let the server know you would like to use your Reward. If you are not sure if you have a Reward, your server can check for you, or you can login to your account to view your point balance and any earned rewards.
I earned 200 points but my server said that there wasn’t a $20 Reward available on my card. Why not?
Can my $20 Reward be used to pay for my entire check?
The $20 Rewards are valid towards food, beverages and merchandise only. They can not be applied towards tax or gratuity.
Do my points or Rewards expire?
Any unused points or Rewards will expire 24 months from date of issue.
I misplaced my card, what should I do?
Please email or call Member Services at 1-844-363-9606 and request a new card.
I am a GoldKey-PHR Associate, can I join Signature Rewards?
Associates may participate in the Associate program, which entitles them to a discount at any participating restaurant. Associates may not earn points or Rewards. Upon ending your employment with GoldKey-PHR, Associate account will convert to a regular, points-earning, membership.
What is the Signature Rewards App?
The Signature Rewards App is a free app that shows you where you can make transactions to earn and redeem points at participating restaurants or get welcome gifts and discounts at participating merchant partners. To receive welcome gifts and discounts at participating merchant partner locations, you will need to link a funding source (credit or debit card) to the app to enable purchases. You will also be able to lock and unlock your Signature Rewards Member Card (for security purposes) and review your purchase history.
Do I need to download the Signature Rewards App?
No, you can use your Signature Rewards membership card to earn points at participating restaurants without the app but you can must the app to link your Signature Rewards account and add a funding source (credit or debit card) to receive discounts at participating merchant partner locations you find in the app. To download the App, go to either the iTunes or Android app store and search for “Signature Rewards.” The app icon will look like the Signature Rewards logo.
Why do I need to link a funding source when I download the Signature Rewards App?
In order to take advantage of welcome offers and discounts from participating merchant partners, you need to have a funding source linked to your Signature Rewards membership card via the app. Using your Signature Rewards membership card as your payment at participating merchant partners is the only way to take advantage of their exclusive Signature Rewards member offerings.
How secure is my funding source information?
Your funding source information is not displayed in the app and your details are kept secure by a third party PCI compliant processor.
How do I verify my phone number when downloading the Signature Rewards App?
You will receive a SMS text message with a four-digit code to put into the app to verify that you are the user downloading the app.
How do I activate my Signature Rewards membership card as a payment card for participating merchant partners?
Download the Signature Rewards app from the app store first. Then, follow the sign up flow to add a valid funding source (Visa®, American Express ®, MasterCard®, Visa® Debit, MasterCard® Debit), as follows:
- Click “add a Signature Rewards card”
- Choose “add a funding source”
- Use the app to scan your funding source
- Enter your CVV, full name and address and press Next

How do I use my Signature Rewards membership card as a payment card for participating merchant partners?
First, you will need to download the app and add a funding source (see steps above). When you are ready to pay for your experience, use the app to make sure your Signature Rewards membership card is unlocked in the app. Then, you can use the card exactly as you would any other credit card. Simply swipe your actual Signature Rewards membership card to pay at the participating merchant partners on the list in your app and sign the credit card slip. For your first transaction you will pay for the purchase price minus your welcome gift and your linked debit or credit card will be charged for the balance. On future visits, discount offers will appear in the app if available and offered.
At any time within the app you can lock and unlock the card (for added security).
Please note that the Signature Rewards membership card automatically locks after each transaction purchase and must be unlocked using the app or via the text message before the next purchase.
What is the card lock feature in the Signature Rewards app?
The card lock is a security feature that locks your Signature Rewards membership card after each transaction at participating merchant partners. You will receive a text message outlining the details of your transaction and when you click on this message, your card will be unlocked and ready for your next transaction. You can also unlock and lock the card manually in the Signature Rewards app.
How will participating merchant partners know they can accept the Signature Rewards membership card as payment?
Participating merchant partners will receive advance notice that the Signature Rewards membership card can be used as a form of payment. When you have linked a funding source to your Signature Rewards membership card via the Signature Rewards app, the Signature Rewards membership card is processed like a regular MasterCard credit card at participating merchant partners and the merchant simply swipes the card through their point of sale terminal to take payment. The Signature Rewards membership card can only be used as payment at participating merchant partners and not at participating restaurants.
What if I have a problem using my Signature Rewards membership card for payment, or my purchase is declined?
- Confirm the merchant is participating in the program using the Signature Rewards app.
- Confirm your Signature Rewards membership card is unlocked in the app. To check, login to the app and in the upper right hand corner you will see the Locked/Unlocked control. Click to Unlock.
- If these are unsuccessful, please call our Member Services support number at 1-844-363-9606.
How do I remove a funding course from the Signature Rewards app?
From the app’s home page, choose “Account Manager,” then select “Funding Source.” Finally, choose the “Remove Card” option.
What should I do if I lose my Signature Rewards membership card?
If you have linked a payment source to your card in the Signature Rewards app, you will need to make sure your card is locked in the app. Then, email Member Services with your name and mailing address, and let them know you have lost your card and need a replacement sent to you. A new card will be mailed to you and your account information and points will be automatically be transferred to that new account. Once you receive your new card, you will need to link your new card to the app:
- Choose Account Manager from the home page of the app
- Click “add a Signature Rewards membership card”
- Enter the 16-digit number from the back of your new membership card.
